Selected pieces from the club are sucked in according to specially adapted recipes and then smoked finely cold. It is best to enjoy finely sliced for a snack or as an exceptional appetizer. Each piece of bacon has its own natural shape. Very lean, hardly fat, melts on the tongue.
Note: Each piece is natural and not all pieces have the same weight. The pieces are packed in 250 - 350g. We always try to spend the pieces in the best possible way for our customers. You can choose between normal size 250-300g and large pieces 300-350g.
